Ninja Coach | Competitive PayThe Ninja Coach is responsible for leading high-energy ninja classes that focus on strength, agility, coordination, and confidence-building through obstacle-based training. This role creates a fun, structured, and safe environment while helping athletes develop fundamental movement skills such as climbing, swinging, jumping, landing, and rolling. The Ninja Coach supports program quality by delivering engaging classes that align with curriculum standards and athlete development goals. This position is part time with shifts available ranging between the times of 3:30PM-7:30PMKey Responsibilities:Lead ninja classes using obstacle courses and skill stationsTeach and reinforce proper technique for strength, agility, and body controlMaintain a safe, organized, and engaging class environmentAdapt activities to meet varying skill levels and abilitiesEncourage confidence, perseverance, and positive behaviorCommunicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff At Gymnastics World of Georgia, we believe that every child has the potential to shine.
