This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador de Desenvolvimento based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for an experienced technology leader to guide a development team in building scalable, high-impact digital solutions.

Accountabilities:

The professional will be responsible for leading the development team while ensuring technical excellence, delivery quality, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical understanding, strategic thinking, and people development skills.

  • Lead, guide, and mentor software engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Participate in defining technical vision, product strategies, and development roadmaps together with Product, Design, and Architecture teams.
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and delivery consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating architectures, processes, and technologies to solve complex challenges.
  • Prioritize technical backlogs, balancing technical debt, new features, and innovation initiatives.
  • Define and monitor engineering metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions and improve team performance.
  • Act as the main technical reference for the team, facilitating communication between engineering and other business areas.
  • Support talent growth through feedback, performance evaluations, mentoring, and individual development plans.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technology leader with strong software engineering experience, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate strategically while maintaining technical depth.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical leadership role within digital product companies, preferably SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
  • Solid experience with Java and Angular technologies.
  • Experience applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing people, providing feedback, mentoring, and supporting career development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and strategic discussions.
  • Experience building and maintaining B2B digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or specialization in technology-related fields.
  • Leadership mindset focused on teamwork, ownership, problem-solving, and long-term impact.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude, especially regarding emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with AI-powered products, especially Generative AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
  • Experience with automation initiatives using market tools or AI solutions.
  • Previous experience in legal technology or related industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, YouTrack, Figma, or similar platforms.
