As a Radiology Registered Nurse (RN), a typical day may include:

• Working closely with Radiology Technical staff to ensure patient safety during all radiology testing
• Rotating to different radiology modalities to perform specific procedures in Intervention Radiology, CAT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and MRI
• Participating in IR procedures in the radiology department
• Monitoring sedation
• Starting IVs
• Caring for cath patients

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Be a graduate from an accredited school or university, hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, current American Heart Association BLS certification, ACLS and PALS certifications. Prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 10 a.m. 6 p.m with on call, no weekends and minimal holiday coverage, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
