This role leads complex implementations for large healthcare organizations, with a focus on payer enrollment, product training, and change management.
You’ll coordinate closely with project managers, product teams, implementation specialists, and client stakeholders to drive successful deployments.
The position combines project coordination, healthcare technology expertise, client engagement, and hands-on implementation leadership.
You’ll help clients integrate solutions into existing workflows while ensuring milestones, deliverables, and adoption objectives stay on track.
Your work will directly influence implementation quality, client satisfaction, and long-term product success.

- Lead end-to-end implementation activities for assigned growth and strategic healthcare clients, ensuring deployments remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as a primary implementation contact, facilitating stakeholder meetings and maintaining strong communication, alignment, and momentum throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, deliverables, deadlines, success metrics, risks, and client commitments.
- Lead payer enrollment workstreams, product demonstrations, guided enrollment sessions, training programs, and change management activities for large healthcare clients.
- Conduct business reviews, workflow impact assessments, and gap analyses to tailor implementation and training approaches to individual client needs.
- Monitor enrollment and training timelines, identify risks and delays, escalate challenges appropriately, and support go-live preparation and launch activities.
- Partner with implementation analysts, project managers, product management, and other internal teams to coordinate technical deployment activities, address custom requirements, and improve documentation.
- Maintain accurate implementation data and project records, monitor data quality metrics, conduct audits, and share best practices that improve consistency across implementations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance implementation processes, training materials, client adoption, and the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of implementation experience within a healthcare organization.
- At least three years of specialized experience with payer enrollment, training, and/or change management within large healthcare organizations.
- At least two years of experience supporting healthcare software or one year of experience working for a healthcare clearinghouse.
- At least two years of experience with prior authorization, physician practice management, professional billing, and/or hospital billing.
- Experience working with one or more practice management systems, electronic medical records, and/or radiology information systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment among clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, project milestones, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing implementation activities and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Epic, and/or EDI enrollment processes.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of payer enrollment, healthcare workflows, clearinghouse operations, and client-facing implementation best practices.
