Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a primary creative point of contact for senior clients, building trusted relationships and aligning artistic direction with brand and business objectives.
  • Lead big-idea conceptual development, transforming client briefs into compelling campaign platforms, visual systems, and distinctive brand aesthetics.
  • Develop and present high-level visual concepts, moodboards, creative treatments, and campaign ideas to senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Guide client feedback with creative authority, protecting visual and design integrity while ensuring the work addresses strategic and business goals.
  • Direct multidisciplinary creative teams across design, art direction, strategy, motion, photography, and production, providing clear direction throughout the creative process.
  • Mentor and develop art directors and visual designers, encouraging strong aesthetic judgment, visual storytelling, experimentation, and high standards of craft.
  • Establish overarching art direction across photography, typography, motion, visual design, and other creative disciplines for digital and physical campaign touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities for visual innovation and help ensure creative work remains relevant to evolving design trends, technologies, cultural movements, and audience expectations.
  • Oversee creative production from concept through final delivery, ensuring that ambitious ideas are translated into polished, high-quality visual assets.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for creative excellence, visual craft, and quality control while supporting strong client relationships and successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with program delivery, client service, and strategy teams to shape project scopes, strengthen client relationships, develop briefs, and create stories that connect with audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bring 8+ years of experience within an integrated brand creative agency, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality client work.
  • Demonstrate a standout portfolio showcasing exceptional campaign development, visual storytelling, art direction, and brand work.
  • Have strong creative leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams and elevate the quality of their work.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence presenting creative concepts and visual direction to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bring a strong passion for ideas, storytelling, and creative work that creates meaningful connections with audiences and delivers measurable or meaningful impact.
  • Demonstrate an ability to connect different creative disciplines and collaborate effectively across design, strategy, client service, program delivery, and other organizational functions.
  • Be comfortable working in a collaborative, experimental, and fast-moving creative environment where high standards and original thinking are expected.
  • Have strong creative judgment and the ability to balance artistic ambition with client objectives, project requirements, and business considerations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive U.S. salary range of $102,000–$135,000, with final compensation determined by factors including experience, qualifications, specialization, budget, and local market conditions.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States, excluding New Mexico and Hawaii.
  • An inclusive and collaborative creative environment designed to support people from diverse backgrounds and encourage authentic participation.
  • Opportunities to work on ambitious, high-impact creative projects spanning brand, digital experiences, storytelling, design, and technology.
  • Exposure to multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to collaborate across creative, strategy, client service, program delivery, design, and technology functions.
  • A workplace committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and employment experience, with accommodations available to support an equitable hiring process.
