Job Description
$28–$30/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opening in Moon Township, evening shift, credit given for experience. At Tapestry Senior Living, you'll care for the same residents shift after shift, not a rotating list of strangers.
We build schedules around consistent assignments, so you actually get to know the people you're caring for, and they get to know you.
What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day resident care under the direction of the Resident Services Director
- Watch for changes in residents' health and respond quickly when something's off
- Administer medications and provide clinical care within your scope
- Keep documentation accurate and current for state survey readiness
- Work alongside CNAs and support staff to keep care consistent across the shift
What you'll need:
- Must be 18 years or older, required
- Active LPN License, required
- CPR Certification, required
- 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Pay and benefits:
- $28.00–$30.00/hour, with credit given for prior experience

Schedule: Full-time, evenings 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
