Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-precision parts? We're looking for a motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with advanced machining centers, tackle challenging projects, and play a direct role in producing components that meet the highest quality and performance standards.

What You'll DoAs a CNC Machinist, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, work offset adjustments, and first-piece inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications
- Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and exacting quality requirements
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments
- Make tooling and program adjustments to maintain quality, efficiency, and production targets
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Monitor tool life and identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times
- Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines, including HMCs and VMCs
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications
- Experience with tooling selection, fixture setup, and precision inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Makino, Mori Seiki, or similar control systems
- Multi-axis machining experience (4-axis and/or 5-axis)
- CNC programming and G-code editing experience
- Experience with CAM software
- Technical machining education, trade school, or apprenticeship training
- Work on complex, high-precision aerospace components
- Operate advanced CNC machining equipment and technology
