Job Description

Revenue Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States.

This role is responsible for strengthening and scaling a high-growth B2B SaaS revenue engine across critical operational functions. You will own Deal Desk, provisioning, revenue analytics, time-sensitive marketing support, and CPQ change management. The position combines hands-on execution with process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency throughout the revenue lifecycle. A key focus will be reducing manual friction through automation and AI-enabled workflows while building scalable processes for a growing organization. This is an ideal opportunity for an operations-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems and creating structure in fast-moving environments

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations contact for Deal Desk activities, supporting deal structuring, pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and quote-to-close escalations.
  • Manage customer software and entitlement provisioning to ensure accurate and timely access following closed-won deals and in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Analyze pipeline, revenue, go-to-market cycle, and customer journey data to identify risks, surface insights, and support forecasting and sales performance decisions.
  • Own urgent marketing-related updates in HubSpot, including campaign, routing, and data changes required for time-sensitive go-to-market initiatives.
  • Administer and continuously improve DealHub, including configuration changes, pricing and approval workflows, and the rollout of process improvements to the sales organization.
  • Cross-train across the wider Revenue Operations function and provide coverage for Deal Desk, CRM, quoting, and provisioning workflows during periods of high volume or team absence.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks across the quote-to-cash lifecycle and develop automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Design scalable processes for pricing approvals, non-standard contract routing, and other revenue workflows.
  • Use analytics to evolve reporting from reactive reporting toward predictive, insight-driven decision support.
  • Audit existing workflows to identify administrative activities that can be simplified, automated, delegated, or supported by AI agents.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership by identifying revenue-cycle friction points and opportunities to improve sales velocity and conversion.
  • Create clear, repeatable documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and workflows for key Revenue Operations processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen handoffs, improve operational consistency, and optimize execution throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a closely related function, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience administering a CPQ platform for quoting and order management; DealHub experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience administering a CRM system, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work confidently with pipeline and revenue data to generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, including pricing, approvals, contracting, and provisioning.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable SOPs and playbooks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and operational follow-through.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and process quality.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to step outside core responsibilities to support team coverage and business continuity.
  • Experience using AI tools to enrich sales data, automate meeting intelligence, improve pipeline management, or strengthen deal hygiene is a plus.
  • Experience with workflow automation and orchestration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end sales motions across new business, renewals, and expansion is advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Opportunity to play a central role in scaling and improving a high-growth B2B SaaS revenue organization.
  • Broad ownership across Deal Desk, provisioning, analytics, marketing operations, and CPQ change management.
  • High-impact opportunity to introduce automation and AI into critical revenue workflows.
  • Cross-functional exposure to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and senior leadership.
  • Opportunity to build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and influence revenue strategy.
  • Dynamic environment suited to professionals who enjoy autonomy, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
  • Opportunity to help establish repeatable systems and operational standards that support long-term growth.
  • Compensation and additional benefits are not specified in the provided job description.
