Job Description

Product Marketing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead based in the United States.

This is a high-impact opportunity to build and own a product marketing function from the ground up within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
You’ll define global positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies across multiple markets.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you broad ownership over the product marketing lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex financial technology into compelling customer value.
You’ll lead launches, develop market and competitive intelligence, strengthen customer advocacy, and enable revenue teams with impactful tools.
As the internal product and market expert, you’ll help shape how products evolve and how they are brought to customers worldwide.
This role is ideal for an analytical, commercially minded marketer who thrives on ownership, ambiguity, and building something from scratch.

Accountabilities
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across global markets, ensuring a clear and differentiated narrative for each target audience.
  • Develop buyer personas, market insights, use-case narratives, and customer stories that inform go-to-market strategy and strengthen product-market fit.
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence initiatives, identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, competitive threats, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, reference customers, and customer reference initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, covering go-to-market planning, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, launch execution, and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner closely with Product teams to understand the roadmap, contribute market and customer insights, and ensure new capabilities address meaningful customer needs.
  • Create high-impact sales and partner enablement materials, including talk tracks, battle cards, objection-handling guidance, pitch materials, and other revenue-supporting resources.
  • Support customer adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives through targeted messaging, market insights, and product-focused campaigns.
  • Act as a key connection point between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, driving alignment and consistency across customer-facing communications.
  • Build deep expertise in the product, customers, market, and competitive landscape, becoming the internal authority on positioning and product-market fit.
  • Establish scalable product marketing processes, frameworks, and foundations that can support continued growth across APAC, North America, EMEA, and other markets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, ideally supporting mid-market or enterprise software products.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product teams, contributing customer and market insights to roadmaps, interpreting user needs, and understanding feature adoption and customer value.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging frameworks, personas, competitive analyses, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Strong track record of managing successful product or feature launches from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Experience establishing product marketing foundations within a high-growth or scaling organization, with the ability to operate independently and build processes from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn market research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and product data into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or financial concepts into clear and compelling customer narratives.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products, balancing detailed product knowledge with a broader understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial opportunities.
  • Strong product instincts and commercial awareness, combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively across functions and multiple time zones.
  • Experience with ERP ecosystems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in payments, accounts payable automation, financial software, or related fintech environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global go-to-market strategies across multiple geographic markets is an advantage.
  • Strong curiosity, adaptability, ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive U.S. compensation: $150,000–$180,000 USD per year.
  • Canadian compensation: $150,000–$180,000 CAD per year for eligible Canadian candidates.
  • Flexible working options: Remote, hybrid, and flexible arrangements designed to support different working styles.
  • Global team environment: Collaborate with colleagues across APAC, North America, EMEA, and other regions.
  • High-growth opportunity: Join a rapidly scaling organization and play a foundational role in building a product marketing function.
  • Meaningful ownership: Take significant responsibility for strategy, execution, and the development of scalable marketing capabilities.
  • Strong employee engagement: A reported eNPS score of 78, reflecting a highly engaged team environment.
  • International exposure: Work across multiple markets and contribute to global go-to-market initiatives.
  • Background screening: Final candidates may be required to consent to a police or criminal background check where permitted by applicable law.
