Job Description

Associate Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Enablement Manager based in United States.

As an Associate Enablement Manager, you will help build the foundation for success within a high-volume Sales Development organization.
You will own the execution of multiple onboarding cohorts, ensuring new SDRs gain the skills, tools, and confidence to ramp quickly.
The role combines training delivery, project coordination, process management, and sales technology enablement.
You will create practical resources, facilitate engaging workshops, and reinforce outbound and inbound selling best practices.
Working closely with Sales Development leadership, Marketing, and Operations, you will turn strategy into clear, actionable enablement programs.
Your work will directly influence ramp time, execution quality, and pipeline generation.
This is a high-growth opportunity with the potential to take on larger workstreams and progress into an Enablement Manager role.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of SDR onboarding, coordinating multiple overlapping cohorts and ensuring each participant progresses effectively through their ramp period.
  • Build foundational skills in cold calling, email outreach, objection handling, qualification, and pipeline generation through structured training and coaching.
  • Coordinate multiple enablement projects simultaneously, keeping timelines, deliverables, playbooks, campaigns, and technology rollouts on track.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver practical enablement resources, including playbooks, talk tracks, sequencing templates, and workflow guides.
  • Train SDRs on the effective use of sales technologies such as Salesforce, Nooks, ZoomInfo, sales engagement platforms, and conversational intelligence tools.
  • Monitor technology adoption and usage compliance while identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency.
  • Use onboarding data, scorecards, LMS metrics, and other performance indicators to evaluate ramp times and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate engaging group training sessions, call blitzes, roleplay workshops, and other activities that build confidence and pipeline-generation capabilities.
  • Partner with SDR leadership, Marketing, and Operations to translate business priorities and process changes into clear, actionable training.
  • Bring structure and clarity to evolving priorities while proactively identifying problems and driving solutions to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, as a high-performing SDR/BDR, or in project management within a B2B SaaS go-to-market environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, deliverables, or onboarding cohorts simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with modern inbound and outbound sales methodologies, sequencing strategies, cold calling, objection handling, and pipeline generation.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and train others on CRM, sales engagement, and conversational intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating group sessions, coaching sales professionals, and leading high-energy workshops.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly and execution speed matters.
  • Proactive, action-oriented problem solver who can turn ambiguity into clear priorities, processes, and next steps.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create interactive, practical, execution-focused training experiences.
  • Strong project and process management skills, with a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $65,800–$105,700, depending on location and applicable compensation zone.
  • Annual bonus opportunity, equity, and a comprehensive total compensation package.
  • Flexible paid time off and support for autonomous work.
  • Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, including fully employer-paid options and substantial dependent coverage.
  • FSA and HSA options, plus a 401(k) match.
  • Telehealth benefits, including access to One Medical.
  • Wellness and mental health resources and support.
  • Parental leave and family support programs.
  • Up to $20,000 in fertility services, including IUI and IVF, plus surrogacy and adoption reimbursement.
  • Maternity support through Maven Maternity and breast milk shipping through Maven Milk.
  • Pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools, and additional family-focused benefits.
  • Learning and development opportunities, comprehensive onboarding, leadership training, and professional growth programs.
  • Recognition programs, including peer-nominated awards and rewards.
  • Remote work environment with flexibility and opportunities for career progression into larger enablement responsibilities.
