Manager, Quality in Pevely, Missouri at MetalTek International

This position will provide leadership and direction for MetalTek International Carondelet Division quality department to ensure compliant products are produced and shipped on time. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, customer order contract review, maintaining systems compliance, write and maintain Carondelet procedures, conducting audits and identifying training needs. This position is also responsible for material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing product/services. The Quality Manager will implement systems to monitor and constantly improve to reduce errors and costs as well as support increased throughput.

BS Degree

• 7-10 years of quality systems experience
• Strong technical skills desired
• Foundry experience highly desired
• Experience with ISO 9001-2008, NORSOK, PED, ASME Section 9 required.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, ASTM, 10CFR50, NQA1 / NCA3800 preferred.
• Ability to support customer audits.
• Excellent communication skills.
