About the Role:

• Guest Relations: Warmly greet and welcome all incoming guests to the dealership or service center.

• Communication Support: Assist the Service Team by professionally answering and routing incoming phone calls.

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments accurately.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage rental car arrangements and coordinate customer shuttle rides to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We Need From You:

• A valid driver’s license (clean record).

• No experience needed—just a strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.

• Ability to work outside in all weather (hot, cold, rain—we hustle year-round).
