As an Express Technician, you'll be the foundation of our service operation and an important part of each customer's ownership experience. Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Production Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and identify repair opportunities for service advisors and customers.
• Operate manufacturer software and dealership technology to accurately document completed services.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Participate in manufacturer training, ASE certification programs, and ongoing technical development.
• Assist Service Technicians with vehicle repairs while developing advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by performing every service accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

What You’ll Bring

• ASE Certifications preferred
• Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• State Inspector's License preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
