Maintenance / Grounds in Virginia Beach, Virginia at Ripley Heatwole Company Inc.

We are accepting resumes for all areas of maintenance including Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor & Maintenance Technicians, Groundskeeper and Housekeeper positions. Ideal maintenance candidates will have general knowledge of plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical repairs, and appliances in order to perform facility maintenance at our apartment complexes. HVAC certified or CFC preferred. No experience needed for Grounds or Housekeeper position, although, prior experience is preferred.
