This role supports small business customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored banking and credit card solutions.
You’ll guide customers through products, services, transactions, and next steps while delivering a professional and efficient experience.
The position combines customer service, consultative selling, problem-solving, and financial services expertise.
You’ll identify opportunities to connect customers with additional solutions and internal specialists when appropriate.
The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to privacy, compliance, and responsible risk management.
You’ll work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where clear communication and reliable execution are highly valued.
Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning and provide informed guidance on small business banking and credit card products aligned with their objectives.
- Handle customer requests, transactions, and service activities accurately, professionally, and efficiently while following established procedures.
- Manage transactional outcomes during customer interactions or refer requests to the appropriate internal business groups when specialized support is required.
- Identify opportunities for additional products, services, promotions, or referrals that may benefit customers and support broader business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and protect the confidentiality of customer and organizational information.
- Stay current on small business banking, credit card products, industry practices, and market trends, incorporating relevant knowledge into customer conversations.
- Recognize and report suspicious activity that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing, while complying with applicable regulatory and privacy requirements.
- Handle complex or diverse requests, analyze issues, determine appropriate next steps, and escalate unresolved situations when necessary.
- Apply sound risk judgment and established policies, procedures, and controls to protect customers, assets, and the integrity of business operations.
- Take on broader responsibilities as required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of small business banking products and credit card solutions.
- Specialized knowledge relevant to the role; term investment qualification may be required where applicable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products and processes clearly.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer needs and priorities effectively.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and escalate matters appropriately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment when assessing customer situations and determining next steps.

- Ability to work within established regulatory, compliance, privacy, and risk-management requirements.
- Availability and flexibility to work Monday through Sunday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
- Base salary range of CAD $40,500–$80,000, with actual compensation varying according to factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
