Position Information
The Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will support the development and launch of inpatient psychiatric services at View Hospital in Colton, CA. This role is designed to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care by providing direct patient care to pediatric and adolescent populations in an inpatient setting.The position plays a critical role in supporting program growth, ensuring timely access to care, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered treatment.The full salary range for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- is $170,735.76 - $239,827.68 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. The successful candidate will be placed on the salary range based on years of experience from date of licensure in alignment with the union contract. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
