| Job Summary | The University of Kentucky Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (UKVDL) develops and applies state-of-the-art diagnostic methodology to improve animal health and marketability, to protect the public health and to assist in the preservation of the human-animal bond through the principles of One Health. About the Role This position is a vital member of the team serving as Information Technology Manager. Duties include network administration, database design, maintaining a large-scale information system, maintaining software/hardware applications, and supervision of IT staff. This position is a designated position during university inclement weather closings. This position is based at the Coldstream Research Campus off Newtown Pike. This is part of a rapidly developing corridor, offering convenient access to both I-75 and New Circle Road with the added benefit of access to complimentary parking at the facility.
