Customer Service Representative - Senior Living
$20.00-$25.00/ hour + performance bonuses| Full-Time, Monday - Friday | Days

Are you passionate about helping others and creating meaningful first impressions? We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Call Agent to support prospective residents and families exploring senior living options.

In this role, you’ll answer inbound inquiries, provide information about our communities, qualify leads, and schedule on-site tours with our sales teams. You’ll play an important part in helping families navigate senior living decisions with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
  • Gather prospect information and identify needs, timeline, and level of care
  • Schedule community tours and coordinate introductions with onsite sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up details
  • Share community highlights, services, amenities, and availability information

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive experience
