Responsibilities:• Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, and account updates
• Support clients through claims questions and processes
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Handle retention conversations and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional insurance products when appropriate
• Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Compensation:• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
• Total compensation: $40,000-$65,000 annually

Qualifications:• Customer service, insurance, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Professional and confident handling difficult conversations
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Licensing Requirements:• Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
