This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead client onboarding projects and shape the user experience of a rapidly growing enterprise software platform. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless implementations and translating feedback into meaningful product improvements. The position involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with developers and designers, and delivering solutions that enhance platform usability and client satisfaction. You’ll operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly influences client success and the evolution of the platform. - Lead end-to-end client onboarding, gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions that leverage existing features or enhancements.
- Manage the implementation lifecycle, coordinating with developers and designers to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary client liaison during onboarding, managing communications, escalations, and partnerships with Customer Success teams.
- Oversee project scope, contracts, and enterprise configurations to ensure successful integration with client systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements informed by client feedback and platform usage metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that align platform functionality with evolving client and business needs.
- Several years of experience onboarding enterprise software solutions or in a similar client-facing delivery role.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the wealth management or financial services industry is required.
- Bonus: Technical aptitude and familiarity with enterprise software systems, enabling collaboration with development teams.

- Competitive base salary range: CAD 100,000–140,000, with potential variable pay and performance-based incentives.
