This Inside Sales Representative role is focused on driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and opportunity conversion across existing and prospective customers.
You will engage with decision-makers through phone, email, video, and digital channels to understand needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
The role sits at the center of a fast-paced commercial environment where pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy are essential.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities while also expanding value within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams will be central to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This position requires strong autonomy, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented sales culture.
The role is remote, with a requirement to operate within the Central or Eastern time zones in the United States.
You will be responsible for managing the full inside sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate pipeline visibility.
- Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored product or service solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations via phone or video to demonstrate value and close deals
- Maintain and update CRM systems (including Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth initiatives
- Provide post-sales support and occasional customer service assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in customer-facing or inside sales environments.
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or related commercial roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical or complex solutions clearly
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office or similar sales productivity tools
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and target-driven performance mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and time management skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new products, systems, and market dynamics
