Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, campaign execution, workflows, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formula usage for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
  • Self-starter mentality with high ownership, accountability, and independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting both marketing and sales functions in a RevOps or Marketing Ops environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, consulting business models, or platforms such as Workday is considered a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Benefits:

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution
