RFS Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate Therapist to serve children and families in the Fostoria area through school-based and community-based behavioral health services.

Every day, children face challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, grief, and family stressors. As an RFS therapist, you'll provide the support they need where they're most comfortable—in their schools and communities—helping them build healthier, brighter futures.

What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
  • Help children overcome barriers and achieve success at school, at home, and in life
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license eligible)
  • Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
