Account Manager - Ancora Training

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Manager - Ancora Training based in the United States.

This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals access education and career development opportunities. The Account Manager will support prospective and active students throughout their enrollment journey, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transition into training programs. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, combining customer service expertise, communication skills, and organizational abilities to support student success. The position involves managing high-volume interactions, coordinating admissions activities, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to respond to prospective student inquiries, provide program information, and support enrollment activities.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions and registration process, ensuring all required steps and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate regularly with new students to support their transition into active training programs and provide a positive enrollment experience.
  • Share relevant industry and program information with prospective learners to help them make informed decisions about their education options.
  • Maintain accurate student records using internal management systems, tracking inquiries, enrollments, and follow-up activities.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while addressing questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Participate in team initiatives, meetings, training sessions, and ongoing improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve enrollment goals and improve the overall student experience.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution recognized by applicable education standards.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, admissions, enrollment support, or a related field; experience in education-based admissions is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of customers and learners.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to create trust and rapport.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, energetic, and professional approach in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle interruptions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a coaching-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software applications.
  • Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as CampusVue and/or Velocify is preferred.
