Job Description
Position Overview: The Warehouse Reconciliation & RedZone Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting plant operations through daily inventory reconciliation, RedZone administration, and cross-functional operational support. This position serves as the primary administrator for the plant's RedZone system while ensuring inventory integrity within Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The role works closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality Assurance, Safety, IT, and Leadership to support efficient manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:Key Job Functions:
• Inventory Reconciliation & Warehouse Support
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Monitor inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, production consumption, adjustments, and shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Verify production and warehouse documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain inventory adjustments and reconciliation records.
• Support FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and product traceability.
• Assist with inventory audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality Assurance to resolve inventory concerns and improve inventory accuracy.
• Maintain RedZone warehouse data including ingredients, suppliers, packaging materials, bulk items, cleaning chemicals, trailer inspections, and other warehouse-related system information.
• RedZone Administration
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the plant's RedZone manufacturing execution system.
• Create, modify, deactivate, and maintain RedZone user accounts, passwords, and employee access.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support to employees using RedZone.
• Create, configure, test, revise, relocate, correct, and maintain products, production workflows, and operational data within RedZone.
• Coordinate the implementation of new products from mixing through packaging operations to ensure accurate production workflows.
• Collaborate with Parker Products, the Perry facility, and RedZone Support to implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve RedZone functionality to support operational efficiency and plant performance.
• Quality & Safety System Support
• Configure and maintain quality assurance testing, environmental monitoring, and compliance requirements within RedZone.
• Enter and update QA specifications, testing parameters, and compliance requirements provided by Quality Assurance or corporate resources.
• Work collaboratively with Quality, Production, and Leadership to implement new testing requirements and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate daily with the Safety Manager to maintain and update safety communications displayed on RedZone televisions, including Rally Point information and other plant-wide safety messaging.
• Ensure requested system updates are implemented accurately and communicated effectively across departments.
