Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator to lead agency-wide quality initiatives that improve clinical documentation, operational efficiency, compliance, and client outcomes.

What You'll DoAs our CQI Coordinator, you will:
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across multiple programs
- Conduct clinical chart audits and provide coaching to staff
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Monitor quality metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Interpret MaineCare and behavioral health regulations
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and critical incident reporting
- Train new employees on documentation standards and quality expectations
- Partner with leadership to improve organizational performance

- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or social services
- Experience with quality improvement, compliance, or operational excellence
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Ability to obtain MHRT/C certification within the required employment timeframe
