Cyber Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Intelligence Analyst to monitor, assess, brief, and support critical cyber operations across the Department of War (DoW). The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents while providing senior leaders with timely, actionable intelligence to support mission execution, informed decision-making, and the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support critical cyber operations across DoW.
- Collect, analyze, and report cybersecurity threat, vulnerability, and incident information to support operational awareness and decision-making.
- Compile, document, and maintain records of cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and associated risk assessments.
- Provide timely visibility into emerging security risks, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, assessments, and situational updates to senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Translate complex cybersecurity information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Support cyber operations through the analysis and dissemination of operational intelligence related to threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents.
- Assess cybersecurity risks and operational impacts and provide recommendations to improve the organization's overall security posture.

Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field and 12 years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field and 14 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and incidents.
- Proven ability to compile, document, and maintain records supporting cybersecurity operations and decision-making.
- Experience providing timely and comprehensive reporting on cybersecurity risks and incidents to senior leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non-technical audiences at an executive level.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
