Position: Mailroom Assistant
Location: North Jersey
As a Mailroom Assistant at our well-established law firm, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling various mailroom tasks. This is a great opportunity to build experience and gain valuable insight into the legal industry!
Responsibilities include:
- Making copies and organizing documents
- Bar coding and scanning files into our system
- Sorting, distributing, and handling mail
- Assisting with filing and general office tasks
- Other duties as assigned by team members
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar programs)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take on various tasks
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
