This is a creative opportunity within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment where design plays a central role in shaping and elevating brand identity across multiple channels.
You will transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling assets that support campaigns, storytelling, and brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
The role involves working closely with marketing and creative leadership to deliver high-quality design outputs aligned with strategic business goals.
You will contribute to a wide range of materials, from digital ads and social content to presentations, reports, and large-scale event visuals.
The environment is highly collaborative, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will play a key role in maintaining brand integrity while helping scale creative output across multiple sub-brands and campaigns.

- Design and produce a wide range of branded assets including digital ads, social media content, presentations, brochures, whitepapers, reports, event signage, and web graphics.
- Own the execution and production of creative assets across brand and sub-brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with visual guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of quality control by preparing accurate final files for both print and digital production.
- Collaborate closely with creative leadership to ensure design integrity, brand alignment, and cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Partner with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into compelling visual solutions and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail across all outputs.
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally combining agency and in-house environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and high-quality execution across diverse formats.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital production processes, including file preparation and formatting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and design precision.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large-format print design, SaaS environments, or AI-integrated workflows is a plus.
- Remote-friendly role across Canada (excluding Quebec)
