Lending Partnerships Concierge

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lending Partnerships Concierge based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of client success, lending operations, and high-touch relationship management within a fast-moving fintech environment. You will act as the primary concierge partner for loan officers, executives, and their teams, ensuring a seamless and highly responsive experience across the full lifecycle of lending products. The position is designed for someone who thrives in complex, client-facing environments where precision, urgency, and relationship-building are essential. You will be responsible for guiding sophisticated B2B clients through lending workflows while proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and partner success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across product, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of lending experiences. Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for delivering high-touch concierge support to B2B lending partners while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across client interactions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for loan officers, executives, and administrative teams, providing responsive and personalized concierge-level support
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B clients through proactive communication and consistent follow-through
  • Guide clients through lending products, workflows, platform features, and issue resolution processes
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions to prevent issues before they arise
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex client inquiries with urgency, accuracy, and accountability
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, escalations, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of service
  • Identify recurring client trends and provide feedback to improve products, processes, and overall customer experience
Requirements

This role requires strong client-facing experience in financial services or fintech, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in customer support, client success, account management, or relationship management in a B2B environment
  • Experience in mortgage, lending, fintech, banking, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of loan officer workflows and lending operations is highly valuable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional, and client-ready tone
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to client issues
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal product, operations, and technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • High level of accountability, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive client information
