Flex Security Officer- Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

We are hiring reliable and professional Unarmed Flex Security Officers to provide on-site security services in the Greensboro area. Flex Officers play a critical role by filling open shifts and providing additional security coverage when needed. Assignments may occur with short notice and include evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional presence at assigned post
- Monitor access points and ensure compliance with site procedures
- Assist with maintaining orderly traffic and pedestrian flow
- Assist with traffic control and directional enforcement
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities
- Complete daily activity reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:
- Prior security experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must remain alert and proactive during overnight hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
