We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team!

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer to create engaging visual assets that support Kiokii's marketing initiatives, retail operations, e-commerce, and corporate projects. This role is responsible for developing both print and digital creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, new store openings, brand collaborations, and in-store experiences while ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Creative Design

• Design marketing materials across print and digital channels, including social media graphics, website banners, email graphics, presentations, brochures, packaging, in-store signage, and LED displays
• Produce creative assets for promotional campaigns, product launches, new arrivals, holiday campaigns, and brand collaborations
• Develop co-branded graphics that align Kiokii's visual identity with partner brands
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and support ad hoc creative requests
• Assist with visual merchandising materials and display guidelines for retail stores
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Stay current with design trends and best practices

Print Production & Packaging

• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate production with external print vendors
• Produce and distribute printed marketing materials to the warehouse and retail stores
• Design packaging for OEM products and branded merchandise
• Develop packaging mockups and production-ready artwork in collaboration with overseas teams

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is an asset
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint; Figma and Canva are assets
• Knowledge of print production and file preparation
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual in French is an asset
