- Clean driving record, with a willingness to become CDL certified or a current CDL.
- Experience driving a forklift preferred.
- Mechanically inclined is preferred.
- Agriculture / fertilizer industry knowledge is helpful
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Very detailed-oriented
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight
- Able to handle many projects at once while delivering high quality work
