• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements, transforming them into detailed user stories and actionable specifications.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows that support strategic business objectives.
• Define UI/UX requirements, create wireframes, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial services and retirement solutions, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business goals with technical capabilities and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Promote business process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices across cross-functional delivery teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, including extensive expertise in requirements gathering and user story creation.
• At least 3 years of experience designing UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and user-centered workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Financial Services and Retirement Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while managing multiple priorities.
