As a Senior Paid Campaigns Specialist, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives focused on affiliate and commerce revenue growth. You will combine campaign expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to improve profitability, scalability, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Own and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, ChatGPT ads, and native advertising networks such as Taboola.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling plans while maintaining strong unit economics across CPA, EPC, and ROAS metrics.
- Build and execute structured testing frameworks across creatives, messaging, landing pages, audiences, and placements to improve conversion performance.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to produce, test, and optimize high-performing advertising variations.
- Optimize affiliate revenue streams through Amazon Associates, creator platforms, and affiliate network partnerships.
- Manage performance tracking across affiliate platforms, including monitoring attribution, sub-ID data, merchant performance, and conversion trends.
- Develop advanced Excel models, financial analyses, and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign profitability and business opportunities.
- Use BI and analytics tools to monitor performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and communicate actionable insights.
- Partner with technical teams to improve tracking infrastructure, including pixels, server-side events, and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate with editorial, SEO, and product teams to improve content monetization and optimize customer conversion journeys.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations that translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
- Promote AI adoption across marketing workflows by sharing best practices and helping teams improve efficiency through generative AI tools.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with deep expertise in paid acquisition, affiliate economics, and performance optimization. You should be comfortable managing large budgets, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
- Proven advanced experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and native advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, EPC, ROAS, CVR, revenue per visit, and affiliate revenue models.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate ecosystems such as Amazon Associates, creator portals, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, or similar networks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, dynamic formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, GA4, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and performance measurement.
- Practical experience using AI tools and large language models such as Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI for marketing workflows, automation, and campaign analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present information to senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, product, editorial, SEO, and technical teams.
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours and support high-volume shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Prime Day.
- Competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000 CAD depending on experience, skills, and location.
- Fully remote position based in Canada with flexibility to work within core Eastern Time hours.
