• Introduce customers to our Unlimited Membership program and current promotions.
• Help customers choose the membership that best fits their needs.
• Create an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation to the completed sale.
• Assist existing members with payment updates, account changes, and membership questions.
• Represent the Wash N' Roll brand with professionalism, honesty, and enthusiasm.
• Meet individual goals while contributing to a winning team culture.
