What the Program Looks Like

This is a hands-on role, not a classroom track. In every rotation, youll work alongside experienced leaders and support day-to-day operations from an analyst perspective: digging into the data, spotting opportunities, and helping teams make better decisions. Youll gain an inside look at the operational and financial drivers of multifamily real estate, see firsthand how a large real estate investment company acquires, operates, improves, and manages apartment communities, and build relationships with leaders across the organization.

This Program Is For You If:

• Youve started your career in real estate or a related field and want to grow it
• You want to make an impact as an analyst while learning how every function fits together
• Youre a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a strong work ethic
• Youre building a long-term career in multifamily, not looking for a short stop

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Management, or a related field
• 13 years of professional experience, ideally in real estate
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Willingness to temporarily relocate for the Property Operations rotation (housing provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $62,000 - $70,000Annually DOE
• 401(k) match up to 3% or $4,000, whichever is greater
