Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our Heart Institute Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: 8:00a.m- 4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: CMH Heart Institute, we treat patients for a variety of cardiovascular issues and diseases.Our qualified physicians are here to care for every cardiovascular need throughstress testing, surgery and evaluations. The CMH Heart Institute Clinic has these certifications:

• Level II STEMI Center with 24/7 cardiology availability.

• Level III Stroke Center certification from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services

As a Clerk, you will be:

• Checking patients in for appointments accurately

• Obtaining demographics, updating insurance information, and collecting copays

• Scheduling follow-up appointments according to specific provider’s preferences

• Attending to incoming mail, messages faxes, and scanning

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year customer service, healthcare experience preferred

Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
