- 9-80 Work Schedule (This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off)
- Onsite cafeteria, fitness center, and outdoor fitness track
- Design, build and maintain infrastructure as code for on-prem private cloud (VMware Cloud Foundation) and cloud environments (Azure Government/GCC High, AWS)
- Automate server builds, configuration and patching for Linux and Windows using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, MECM, GPOs, PowerShell and Python
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes, including code review, testing and automated deployment
- Create hardened, repeatable golden images and baseline configurations aligned to CIS benchmarks
- Automate compliance evidence collection, configuration drift detection and remediation to support audits
- Integrate automation with identity (Active Directory, Entra ID), storage, backup and monitoring platforms
- Build and maintain automated utilization reports for forecasting
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Write clear documentation and runbooks, and help teammates adopt automation practices
- Take part in troubleshooting, incident response and on-call rotation
- 7+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering, with at least 2 years focused on automation and infrastructure as code
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one configuration management tool (Ansible preferred)
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
- Solid Git skills, including branching, pull requests and code review
- Experience administering Linux and Windows Server in well regulated enterprise environments
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
- Understanding of networking, DNS, certificates and identity fundamentals
- Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.)
