Residential Program Manager ( Contract Manager ) Job Description:

As a Residential Program Manager ( Contract Manager ) , you are responsible for the overall management, coordination, and direction of numerous Host Home Providers. This position works closely with our Host Home Providers to ensure great services and supports for people with disabilities. Role reports and interacts with the Regional Operations Director and Vice President to ensure quality of life and development of client’s progress. Qualified candidates can complete the following responsibilities and obtain the necessary qualifications.

Day to day Residential Program Manager ( Contract Manager ) Responsibilities: not limited to

• Observe, develop, write and maintain appropriate habilitation goals and service objectives based on the client’s Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and Service Plan (SP) as developed by the team (team being client, family, friends, case manager and Bridges staff)
• Facilitate client needs and requests
• Obtain and maintain assigned client’s schedules
• Determine assignment of contractor to clients based on client needs and contractor abilities
• Coordinate host home interviews for new applicants
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis and a calm environment
• Ensure all clients are treated fairly and with kindness, dignity, and respect as stated in Bridges policies
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
• Provide the information necessary to comply with the enhanced incident reporting required by the community centered board.
• Provides medical care in accordance with established protocols, to include First Aid / CPR
• Document medication changes; from appointments, ER visits, urgent care visits advised by agency nurse or President.

Qualifications for the Residential Program Manager ( Contract Manager )

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related social services field
• Experience in residential program services preferred
• Two years of experience in a related field and/or management
• Must be able to interpret and apply complex information such as regulations, policies related to services.
