Patient Experience Representative in Savannah, Georgia at AllerVie Health

For patients living with allergies, asthma, and immunological conditions, walking into a clinic can come with a lot of uncertainty. As our Patient Experience Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for the entire visit. You’ll welcome patients, keep the front office running smoothly, and work with our clinical team to make sure every patient feels cared for from check-in to check-out.

• Welcome every patient with a warm, professional greeting
• Run check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently, including verifying insurance and demographic information
• Manage the schedule: book, reschedule, and cancel appointments following clinic workflows
• Be the voice of the clinic: answer calls, respond to patient questions, and route calls to the right place
• Collect payments at time of service and talk through payment arrangements when needed
• Keep records current: file, scan, and update patient records
• Coordinate with clinical staff and providers to keep patient flow timely
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines every day

• 1+ year of front office healthcare experience preferred
• Warm, empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Comfortable with EMR, scheduling, and payment systems (or eager to learn)
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy front office
