Manager – Outreach Services in Kirksville, Missouri at Hannibal Regional Hospital

Serves as a liaison with health centers, businesses, and other key community organizations to establish relationships with a focus on collaborative opportunities. Working closely with CFM directors and employed Physicians will evaluate, plan and facilitate projects in support of system mission and objectives. Direct oversight for clinic care coordinators, and outreach services.

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of
• Medical Background is preferred, specifically knowledge of and experience with healthcare services delivered in a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and physicians
• Experience supporting clinic operations across multiple locations.

Geographic Coverage - This position supports clinic operations across Moberly, Paris, Chillicothe, and Brookfield, Missouri. Travel among clinic locations is required.
