Job Description
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Lead Baseball Instructor & Advanced Camp Director to oversee our Advanced Camp program for players ages 1014 in San Francisco.
This role is designed for experienced baseball coaches who enjoy teaching the game at a higher level while mentoring young athletes in a structured, developmental environment. The Advanced Camp Director serves as the lead instructor for the program and is responsible for creating a positive, organized, and challenging experience for campers.

- June 1519
- July 2731
with the option to add the following weeks: Danville, June 8-12, Foster City (July 20-24) or Orinda (July 20-24)
MondayFriday | Approximately 89 hours per dayCompensation$1,400/week (Exempt Position)
About the Program
Our Advanced Camp focuses on players ages 1014 who are looking to improve their baseball fundamentals, game awareness, and overall athletic development. Campers participate in skill-specific instruction, competitive gameplay, and situational baseball activities designed to accelerate growth and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced baseball instruction and player development activities
- Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, and situational baseball
- Supervise campers and maintain a safe learning environment
- Mentor camp staff assigned to the Advanced Camp group
- Execute Giants Camps curriculum and standards
- Foster accountability, effort, and sportsmanship
Preferred Qualifications

High school, travel ball, collegiate, or player development coaching experience

Strong understanding of baseball mechanics and strategy

Experience working with athletes ages 1014
