Occasional in-office presence is required so candidates must be local to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Compensation:$125,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Show properties and provide insightful tours that highlight the unique features and benefits of each home.
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide expert advice.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for clients and team members alike.
Qualifications:
- Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent.
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve personal and team objectives.
