Billing Coordinator
BSSP is looking for a Billing Coordinator who loves getting the details right. You’ll sit at the center of Finance, Account, and Production, helping keep projects buttoned up, invoices moving, and reporting accurate.
If you’re organized, proactive, and take pride in making the financial side of the work run smoothly, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the bridge between Finance, Account, and Production to keep billing processes running smoothly.
- Prepare and send client invoices and billing packages with proper backup.
- Maintain project billing status reports and ensure final billings are issued on time.
- Track and update client POs, estimates, and budget documentation.
- Monitor vendor invoices, expenses, and open POs to ensure projects can close out cleanly.
- Review travel and production expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Help maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the finance team with billing coordination and accounting operations.
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working across teams and communicating with finance, account, and production partners.
- Proficiency with Excel and standard accounting or agency finance systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Bay Area Based working onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Remote Monday/Friday.
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Sausalito)
