As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll shape the visual identity and creative expression of a fast-growing commerce and technology business.
You’ll own high-impact design initiatives spanning campaigns, partnerships, digital channels, events, and brand experiences.
The role is highly hands-on, with most of your time dedicated to crafting standout creative and defining compelling visual directions.
You’ll translate strategic briefs into polished, distinctive work with a premium and thoughtful point of view.
You’ll also build scalable design systems that help teams produce consistently strong work across channels.
Beyond your own projects, you’ll elevate the broader design organization through mentorship, critique, and creative leadership.

- Lead the concept development and end-to-end execution of high-impact brand, marketing, partnership, and campaign initiatives across email, social, paid media, events, out-of-home, and other channels.
- Create highly crafted hero assets that establish the visual standard for broader campaign execution, with exceptional attention to typography, composition, imagery, and detail.
- Translate creative briefs and brand strategy into strong visual concepts and actionable creative direction that other designers can build from effectively.
- Design premium marketing materials including sales presentations, digital advertising, brand decks, collateral, and other assets that communicate the organization's story and value.
- Develop scalable campaign systems, visual identities, templates, tools, and processes that improve consistency and enable efficient execution across the design team.
- Provide hands-on creative direction, critique, mentorship, and technical feedback to help other designers strengthen their work and raise overall creative quality.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align creative execution with strategic objectives and manage dependencies.
- Independently lead scoped creative initiatives from initial concept through final delivery, navigating ambiguity and solving problems with sound creative judgment.
- Partner with external agencies and creative partners to maintain brand standards, coordinate timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace while helping coordinate the team's weekly creative output.
- Contribute to design-team operations by developing documentation, team standards, tools, workflows, and processes that improve collaboration and execution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, visual, or related design roles, ideally within technology, lifestyle, commerce, or other creative industries.
- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and executing integrated, cross-channel creative campaigns from strategy through final production.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong practical knowledge of modern design workflows.
- Exceptional visual judgment and a highly refined eye for typography, color, composition, photography, layout, and overall brand expression.
- Experience creating design across diverse formats, including email, digital advertising, marketing collateral, presentations, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with the ability to establish compelling creative direction from open-ended or ambiguous briefs.
- Systems-oriented approach to design, with experience developing scalable frameworks, templates, and processes rather than focusing only on individual deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain, defend, and refine creative concepts with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across creative, marketing, product, and external teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of craft.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive creative feedback, mentor peers, and positively influence the quality of work across a design organization.
- Curious, optimistic, collaborative, and energized by fast-moving environments where priorities can evolve.
- Familiarity with the organization, its products, and the broader creator-commerce ecosystem is beneficial.
- Ability to work legally in the United States; candidates should be prepared to provide their location and work authorization status during the application process.
