About the Role
EAE USA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, mission‑critical programs supporting a major hyperscale data center client. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of Busway product deployments across large‑scale infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate has experience in electrical distribution systems, data center construction, or industrial infrastructure, and thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments where precision, communication, and execution excellence are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of Busway programs for hyperscale data center environments.
- Develop program plans, installation schedules, and cross‑functional deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with client technical requirements and organizational objectives.
- Drive accountability across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field teams.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for a major global technology customer.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external infrastructure stakeholders.
- Present program updates, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Optimize resource allocation across engineering, production, and installation teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and profitability.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify risks related to electrical distribution, installation sequencing, or supply chain.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Lead resolution of critical issues impacting program timelines or quality.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Establish program management standards and best practices.
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Continuously evaluate processes to improve operational performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Electrical Sector, or related field
- 5+ years managing programs in data centers, electrical distribution, industrial infrastructure, or mission‑critical facilities
- Experience coordinating OEM products with large enterprise or hyperscale clients
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation workflows, or commissioning
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable project management software
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics, statistics, and performance reporting to support program decision-making
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Busway systems (EAE, Starline, Eaton, Schneider, Siemens)
- Large-scale construction or data center specific experience
- Familiarity with UL compliance, IP ratings, or electrical product certification
- Knowledge of risk management and change management practices
