Part-Time Personal Banking Representative in Pacific, Missouri at Citizens Bank

At Citizens Bank, it is our mission to create a great place to bank, work, and live. As a Personal Banking Representative, you are the first person people talk to whether doing business in person or on the phone. To succeed in this role, you are a team-oriented individual with a zealous attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide superior service by waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone
• Complete transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, etc.
• Assist with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes
• Utilize technology to assist customers with various banking products and services such as online banking and digital wallets
• Complete new account requests
• Improve our customer experience by being a friendly, familiar face and promoting products and services that fit our customer needs.

Schedule:

• 20-25 hours a week
• Saturday 8:30-Noon
