Social Services & Medicaid Coordinator in Chesterfield, Missouri at Delmar Gardens on the Green

We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and dependable individual to join the Delmar Gardens on the Green Family in a versatile resident-focused role. This position primarily supports our Social Services Department while also providing backup support to Admissions and the Business Office.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents and families
• Coordinating services and transportation
• Supporting the admission process
• Conducting facility tours
• Assisting with admission paperwork
• Helping with Missouri Medicaid applications, reinvestigations and follow-up

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, enjoys working with people and is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Long-term care, healthcare, admissions, social services or Medicaid experience preferred.

Social Services Designee experience is a plus.
