Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the business needs and the technological solutions within our organization. Their primary responsibility is to analyze and understand our business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Business Systems, this role requires a willingness to learn the business, develop and apply their business acumen to support our aggressive organic and inorganic business growth strategy as a trusted business partner. The Business Systems Analyst is a highly visible role within the organization, working side by side with the senior leadership to drive improvements and achieve our goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Internal point person for AcumaticaLead for new acquisition system integrationServe as a subject matter expert for business systemsEnsurethe stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systemsConsult with various stakeholders to gathersystemrequirements Modify and configure systems to meet business needs and stakeholder requirementsDevelop, analyze, andmaintainnew or current system processes and workflows Ensure the stabilityand integrity of all systemsand systemdataIdentify, evaluate, and implement new systemsorenhancements to existing systemsParticipate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance Develop and execute test plans and scripts, as well as other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc. Collect user feedbackregardingsystem performance and work with team tosolution issuesCollaborate with cross-functional staff to streamline solution implementationsProvide advanced customer service and functional support to end-users in area of expertise Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issuesMaintain relationships with vendors; work with vendors on bug fixes, new features, and proper use of productsAssistwith implementing “workarounds” when system issues affect operations or when resources are limitedDevelop and providetrainings, demonstrations, and regular communication to end-usersMaintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidentsLead portions of large tasks or projects; build andmaintainproject management skillsMaintain awareness of accessibility, compliance, and security polices and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degreein business, computer science, or relevant field;Acumatica experience preferred, ERP experiencerequired;Minimum 3 years as a business system analystin a manufacturing environment;Experience with system administration, integration,optimization,and implementation;Experience leading projects, owning timelines and deliverables;Proof ofeligibility to work in the U.S;

Compensation/Other Considerations

• $95,000 - $115,000 Compensation.

• Health, 401k and other benefits.

• Limited travel.

• Flexibility in being able to work remotely as needed.
